How to manage patient with deep discoloration

Medical and dental histories were taken . By clinical examination the patient suffering from deep discoloration where the patient revealed that it is due to excessive intake of flouride in water and extracted upper left first permolar which need replacement .Radiographic examination was done. Full coverage monolithic translucent zirconia crowns with a thickness not less than 0.9 mm to mask the underlying discoloration as revealed by previous studies. Pre Preparation Post cementation
